WARRANTY, RETURNS & SHIPPING POLICY

If, for any reason, you are not fully satisfied with a purchase from us, simply return the merchandise, in its original condition and unopened, within 30 days of purchase for exchange, credit or refund. Restocking fees of 20% may apply to stock, drop-ship and metal orders. Contact Customer Service at thingreengreen@yahoo.com before returning merchandise, to ensure prompt and proper credit to your account. Returned merchandise must have a Return Authorization Number visible on the outside of the package.

1. It is important that you fully inspect and count your cartons “before” you sign for them. If you have shortages, damages, or problems, you should note this on the delivery receipt. 
2. If you have visible damage to any portion of your order, you should refuse those boxes that are damaged. Look for crushed corners, wetness, and punctures.

3. Shipping Charges and Freight prices do not include shipping charges. Depending on the amount of your order, you will need to provide your own freight, If you need assistance on the freight/shipping choice, please contact us at thinkgreengreen@yahoo.com and we will be happy to assist you.
